Effective Business Learning Books
Having trouble attending training?

Not everyone has the opportunity to attend face-to-face training - particularly if you live in regional areas not easily accessible to local training providers.

The CMA is pleased to offer you 3 high quality, self paced, self learning programmes which allow participants to work at their own pace and complete the workbook in their own time without supervision. This is an approach that is ideal when small numbers of staff require training or where distance learning is more appropriate.

What is the Effective Series?

The Effective Business series is a range of workbooks and associated Facilitator Guides, covering a series of related business topics. They have been developed so that each of the programs can be introduced into a organisation in a variety of ways, including self-paced self-learning, in a tutorial environment, or as a structured training program.

The great advantage of the Effective Series of training programs is that they can adapt in either content or method of implementation to meet your specific requirements.

The range consists of:

  • Effective Business Writing
  • Effective Business Negotiation
  • Effective Reports & Proposals
Introducing the Programs to Your Organisation

Self Learning
The Effective Series of workbooks are designed as self-paced, self-learning programs which allow each participant to work at their own pace without supervision.

Tutorial
The tutorial environment allows for group learning on a modular basis, allowing participants to share their work with others

2 or 3 Day Course
Our separate Facilitator Guide provides a comprehensive, structured in-house course using "Effective" programs such as the student material.

Long Term Programs
A number of companies are using our workbooks as the base for long term Effective Business training program. We work with each client to develop the training for their specific needs, developing specialised Facilitator Guides, and competency based workbooks.
