The NSW Club Industry Code of Practice sets out common standards of conduct for all Club Industry members, with a specific focus on corporate governance. The Code also details how it will be enforced and what penalties will apply for a breach.
The guidelines below state best-practice benchmarks and principles in nine areas most likely to present systematic problems for clubs.
