Course Outline
Finances impact virtually everything a club does, and as such, it’s probably the most important thing you, as a club manager, must address.
This course will take you through the processes involved in undertaking financial management within a club. It includes planning, implementing approaches, supporting team members, monitoring and controlling finances and reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of financial management processes.
A key component of the course is ensuring that financial resources are used effectively and managed in line with the financial objectives of the club.
