This 2 day course is designed to provide learning opportunities for participants to identify, create and manage workplace relations work cultures which support the strategic objectives of their clubs.
At the end of course you will be able to:
Identify aspects of the National Workplace Relations system which affect club management
Identify and prevent employee IR issues
Create a positive workplace relations climate
Jennifer Chiplin has qualifications in Hospitality Management (Diploma), Communication Management (Graduate Diploma) and HR / Education (Master in Adult Education – HR Major) and training in Employment Law.
She has worked extensively within both commercial and non-commercial hospitality establishments including HR Manager and Training Manager within registered clubs.
Jennifer currently manages her own business HRT Solutions specialising in HR, Training and Work Health and Safety consultancy / development services.
There are No Pre-requisites for this course.
