• Ambrose format – teams of 4
• Dress code: Golf attire (white preferred)
• Includes 18 holes of golf with shared cart, food, drinks, and pre- & post-round hospitality

• CMA Meeting only – $35
• Team of two – $300
• Team of four – $550
• Hole Sponsorship – $900 (includes signage and team entry)
