    Guest speaker

Brad Twynham is a distinguished Australian speaker, entrepreneur, and leadership strategist with over 25 years of experience at the forefront of technology and innovation. He is renowned for his transformative keynote presentations and workshops that focus on "Radical Leadership," a concept he developed to equip leaders with the capabilities needed to navigate today's rapidly changing business landscape.

Throughout his career, Brad has co-founded three enterprise technology startups, each achieving significant success. He has played a pivotal role in guiding C-level executives through major business transformations at leading organizations, including Visa, UBS, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Swisscom. His expertise lies in aligning technological advancements with human-centric leadership to drive innovation and resilience within organizations.

Brad's approach to leadership is deeply influenced by his heritage as a proud First Nations man of Garigal, Muroordial, and Walkaloa descent, and a descendant of Bungaree, recognized in European history as the First Australian. He integrates cultural knowledge and storytelling into his presentations, offering unique insights into modern leadership challenges.

As an educator, Brad serves on the faculty at Western Sydney University and Singularity University, where he contributes to programs on adaptive leadership and exponential technology convergence. He is also the author of the book Radical Thinking: Five Essential Capabilities for Leading in an Age of Reinvention, which provides a framework for leaders to thrive amid disruption

Brad's dynamic and engaging presentations have made him a sought-after speaker for conferences and corporate events, where he inspires audiences to embrace change and lead with purpose in an era of constant transformation.
